First School offers a rich series of FIELD TRIPS selected to enhance your child's learning experiences.
	Field trips to interesting and exciting places are a highlight of the First School experience. Each field trip is carefully selected to be age appropriate so each child gains new knowledge while enjoying the thrill of hands-on exploring. We pay special attention to the season with trips to a pumpkin farm in the fall and a nature walk in the spring.

•Our 2 ½ year olds are scheduled for 2-3 field trips to places such as Hidden Valley Farm pumpkin Patch and a nature walk In Grant-Yecks park.
Our 3 year old classes enjoy 3-4 field trips to places such as the Experi-Center.
Our four year program adds even more field trips going to 5-6 interesting and exciting places such as Possum Creek farm and the Kettering Medical Center playhouse.
Our First School kindergarten enjoys 8-10 field trips to such places as the Possum Creek Math Farm, Carillon Park, Bonnybrook Farms, and the Cincinnati Fire Museum.

Parents are always welcome on field trips. It is suggested that you plan to come to the trips alone so you are able to spend this special time with your child.
Children will ride the First School bus, parents may wish to follow or car pool.
We always use car seats on the bus -- no exceptions!
