Free Play: Before class and any time after activities are finished.
Different toys, puzzles, books and games are set out and children are
encouraged to play together during this time. |

Art:
Art projects are centered on the alphabet letter of the week.
Theme-related artwork is also done throughout the year. All types of art
mediums are used - paints, crayons, markers, glue, scissors (teacher
monitored), etc. Children are encouraged to be creative and express
individuality through their artwork. Art projects are sent home daily.

Circle
Time:
We discuss the weather, letter of the week, colors, shapes, and
counting. Conversation is encouraged and songs are learned. Math concepts
are introduced and discussed. Some classes provide a Sharing Bag for the
children to bring in a personal item to show their classmates at this
time. |
